FT: Porto 1-4 Liverpool. It was all rather easy in the end, Liverpool have been very impressive in dealing with this tie, Porto played well in the first half in particular. But Mane scored and that was all they needed in the end, the rest was just padding, they will meet Barça in the Semis in what is a mouthwatering tie.
90'
2 minutes of stoppage time in Portugal.
88'
Salah blasts a free-kick miles over the bar, it's irrelevant though, this is done.
84'
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAALLLLLL! Oh dear for Porto, what an away day for Liverpool! Virgil Van Dijk knocks this one in, and what a signing he has been for Liverpool, to call him World Class almost doesn't seem enough...
80'
The travelling Liverpool support are making a racket now, it's almost as if they're through to the Semis, again!
77'
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAALLLLLLLL! Roberto Firmino heads straight at Casillas and he jumps over it for some reason, Porto now need 5 goals in 12 minutes, I'll let you decide if this is over or not...
72'
Sadio Mane has just entered the competition for miss of the season, competing with Eric-Maxim Choupo Moting for that award, he is played in and goes around the keeper before somehow sending it wide...
68'
GOOOOOOOOAAAAAAALLLLL! Eder Militao gets Porto on the scoresheet! Is the most incredible of comebacks on? They need 4 goals again, and will have about 25 minutes to do so...
66'
Joe Gomez comes on for Trent Alexander-Arnold after that superb pass.
65'
GAME SET MATCH LIVERPOOL! Mo Salah on the counter attack, what a pass that is by Trent Alexander-Arnold, this is over now and those Liverpool fans can relax and enjoy this fully now!
62'
Felipe has a tap in opportunity, but he blasts it over the bar, this game is as you would expect, very open now and we're seeing both sides attacking end to end.
58'
That is a prime example of my point, Hector Herra has a long range effort at goal, but it is straight down the throat of Alisson, if only they'd been aiming for corners, then this might be a different game.
56'
Porto have another chance as Alexander-Arnold heads away the cross, Porto have had an incredible number of chances this match, but I can't think of a single time Alisson has made a scrambling save.
51'
Porto have a corner, which they waste, and valuable seconds are wasted, Liverpool fans are in excellent voice right now, and you can understand why, as far as they're concerned this tie is done!
49'
A quick recap of the current situation, Porto need 4 goals to qualify after Mané's away goal in the first half, this should be an interesting second half, and there should be some goals in it...
46'
Liverpool bring on Firmino for Origi, whilst Porto bring on Soares for Otavio.
46'
Second half is on in Portugal!
45'
HT: FC Porto 0-1 LIverpool. Sadio Mané's tap in is all that is seperating the two sides, despite Porto dominating from the start, Liverpool scored first, and since then the game has changed back to Liverpool, The home side had a lot of chances but they could not make them count and have a lot of work to do.
45'
2 minutes of stoppage time here!
42'
Liverpool are dominating this game now, it's not at all pretty, but Liverpool could not care less, they no doubt already have one eye on Sunday's clash against Cardiff in the Premier League.
37'
Probably the least surprising thing I'll have to type this evening: Pepe is booked. The former Real defender with a totally unnecessary shove on Divock Origi. Probably the most obvious yellow card I've seen for a while, but Pepe still argues with it.
36'
The weather in Portugal is really not very pleasant, making for a bit of a scrappy game, Liverpool won't care one bit, unless something bizarre happens, they are heading through to face Barcelona in the last 4.
32'
Sadio Mane is booked for accidentally smacking Eder Militao in the face, with the Brazilian making the most of it on the floor...
28'
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLL! Liverpool score with their first shot! Sadio Mane taps in from a yard out after Mo Salah's cross turned shot ends up in his feet. It was VARred but Mané was onside and it was given, dominating a game clearly means nothing! Porto now need 4 goals...
25'
The stastistics have just come out, and just to emphasise how dominant Porto have been... here they are.... Porto have had 13 shots... 4 of which have been on target, Liverpool have made 0...
22'
Porto still all on the ball here and totally dominant, weird to think this is the same Liverpool side that have 85 points in the Premier League... Unless of course Roberto Firmino is THAT important!
18'
Nothing coming from the corner, but at the point of the clearance from Liverpool. not one Liverpool player was in front of the ball...
17'
Pepe has an effort from long range and it is deflected for a corner...
15'
CLOSE! Marega again! Porto are totally dominant so far and could they provide another shock here after last night's incredible win for Ajax... Marega is clear in the box and should get it on target, but he shins it out wide for a goal kick.
12'
All Porto here so far, and another superb ball by the ever present Jesus Corona is almost nodded in by Moussa Marega... Liverpool are holding on at the moment
8'
The pitch here in Portugal is not really looking up to Champions League standards, Porto are on the attack a lot here though and will certainly take great comfort from the first ten minutes of this game, they have been the better of the two sides.
4'
A very open game here in the Dragons den, Porto will not want this however, we all know what Liverpool possess on the front foot... Meanwhile, Man City have taken the lead against Tottenham, follow that on the live feed on BeSoccer!
1'
CLOSE! Porto come very very close to scoring inside the first minute with a superb effort from Jesus Corona, it goes merely centimetres over the bar!
1'
Kick off at Estadio de Dragao!
Prev.
The teams are coming out now, this will be interesting, the first goal in this tie is absolutely vital, if Liverpool get it, Porto have to score 4 times... If Porto get it, could there be some Liverpool nerves?
Prev.
Those are Jurgen Klopp's reasons for Divock Origi starting tonight, with Roberto Firmino given a well earned rest. (He is on the bench so may come on)
Prev.
“No issue, actually – just respecting the fantastic form Divock Origi is in for weeks or months already, and bringing in fresh legs,” “Of course Bobby is ready for that but because he never gives himself a rest, from time to time we have to do it. But it’s not a rest actually, it’s bringing in Div and having that option: speed and all that stuff. That’s what we thought.”
Prev.
So there is no Firmino in the starting eleven (more on that later), but other than that it is more or less as expected for Liverpool. Naby Keita is reduced to the bench after scoring last week. FC Porto recall Pepe after his ban has ended.
Prev.
Lineups: Liverpool: Alisson; Robertson, Van Dijk, Matip, Alexander-Arnold; Wijnaldum, Fabinho, Milner; Mane, Origi, Salah.
Prev.
Lineups: FC Porto: Casillas; Telles, Pepe, Felipe, Militao; Danilo, Herrera; Brahimi, Otavio, Corona; Marega.
Prev.
Let's have a look at the lineups for the two sides, there's a shock omission in the Liverpool team tonight too...
Prev.
