After a great season in which they managed to confirm their safety with five matchdays left to play, Levante continue to work with a view to next season.
The board are planning the squad for a season in which the target, predictably, will be assuring their continuity in the Primera División again. Son and Malsa, from Ponferradina and Mirandés respectively, were the first signings.
According to the newspaper 'Marca', the next signing that Levante hope to make is Leganés centre-back Kenneth Omeruo, whose contract runs out in June 2024.
Levante calculate that they could get the deal done for a sum of around 11 million euros if Leganés, who are 4 points from safety, get relegated to the Segunda División.
