Leo Messi finally got what he wanted so much : to be at home with his family and the World Cup. The captain of the Argentina national team shared some pictures on his social media showing him sleeping with the trophy.

All those photos were very popular but they did not make Instagram history . What did was the post after beating France in the World Cup final, in which the PSG striker lifted the trophy in Qatar .

Messi's Instagram post received more than 71 million likes beating a record-breaking image of a simple egg.

As a result, he has managed to make history not only at the World Cup but also on Instagram.
