A number of flares were lit by fans of the Danish champions during Tuesday's Champions League clash between Leicester City and FC Copenhagen and the home side are likely to avoid punishment.
Uefa can only hold host clubs responsible for security in and around the stadium if they have been negligent, and it appears that this isn't the case with Leicester.
Uefa will undergo disciplinary proceedings against FC Copenhagen on 17 November.
Elsewhere in the Champions League, three Polish fans were arrested in Madrid ahead of Legia Warsaw's 5-1 defeat to Real Madrid.
