Leao goes off limping with harmstring injury against Lecce

Milan's Rafael Leao gave Stefano Pioli the worst news. The left winger was injured in the first minutes of the match.

The Portuguese winger sprinted in the ninth minute to try to win the ball back. It was when he stopped that run that he felt a strain in his right thigh and was unable to continue on the pitch. A muscle contracture could be to blame.

Pioli had to make his first substitution. Okafor came on in his place and now it remains to be seen how Leao feels.

After the international break, the 'Rossoneri' have a Serie A match against Fiorentina on 25th November and, three days later, the Champions League match against Borussia Dortmund.
