“We don't feel unbeatable”

Barcelona midfielder Pedri Gonzalez highlighted on Wednesday his team's “great moment of form and confidence” after qualifying for the final of the Copa del Rey, in which they will face Real Madrid and from which he hoped that the Catalan team will “play a match” like the previous ones against them this season, with victories in both the Spanish Super Cup and LaLiga.
“We don't feel unbeatable, because we have lost some matches. There are always things to improve, we always do and we have to be self-critical also with the things we do wrong, but we are in a great moment of form and confidence,” he explained in the mixed zone at the Metropolitano stadium, after beating Atletico Madrid 0-1 in the second leg of the Copa del Rey semifinals.
“We are happy for playing in another final. Let's play and try to win it. What we want is to give the fans hope. A final against Real Madrid is clearly not going to be easy for us. It is clear that we must not be afraid of any team. We are Barça and we are going to control the match against everyone, but it won't be easy. Hopefully we'll have a game like the one we've had against them,” he added.
The team celebrated the qualification in the dressing room of the Metropolitano “as it should be celebrated”, according to Pedri.
