Larger fine for drinking in the street than tapping up Griezmann

Atletico Madrid complained to the Spanish Federation (RFEF) that Barcelona negotiated with Antoine Griezmann last season and behind Atletico's backs. Atletico are claiming they should have been paid 200 million euros not 120 as negotiations began when he was worth 200 million euros.
However, the Competition Committee have resolved this Wednesday the conflict with a 300 euro fine which has actually upset both parties. They will both appeal the decision.
The fine has cased controversy on social media and 'Marca' have made a list of fines for other offences in Spain. That has made Atletico supporters even more upset.
It is a 750 euro fine for urinating in the street or not recycling, 600 for drinking in the street or the 200 for either throwing a cigarette end to the floor or for speaking on the phone while driving. Despite this, Barca have been fined just 300 euros by the Competition Committee.
