Koeman: "Depay is a great player and a great person"

Former Barcelona and Netherlands coach Ronald Koeman spoke to 'Voetbal International' about his relationship with Memphis Depay.

The Dutch coach was full of praise for the footballer and he said that Depay "played as if he had already won ten European titles" when he first saw him play.

Koeman confessed that they have a good relationship: "Memphis and I still have a lot of contact, we see each other regularly in Barcelona." 

He also emphasised that "everything he does is focused on arriving in the best form" and he said that Depay is a "great player and a great person".
