Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp does not believe his former club Borussia Dortmund will struggle next season after selling a number of key players, because they have made some great signings themselves.
The Bundesliga runners up have sold three key figures this summer in Mats Hummels, Ilkay Gundogan and now Henrikh Mkhitaryan, who only completed his move to Manchester United on Saturday.
However, Thomas Tuchel has not been messing around, and has made six signing of his own, brining in Mikel Merino, Ousmane Dembele, Sebastian Rode, Marc Bartra, Emre Mor and Raphael Guerreiro to Signal Iduna Park.
And Klopp, who is preparing for his first full season at Anfield, believes these signings are good enough to fill the voids left by the departed players.
"Dortmund have managed to sign almost all of Europe's biggest talents this transfer period," the Liverpool head coach told Bild.
"I am not worried about Borussia Dortmund at all. When I joined BVB, we were in a similar situation.
"If there's one club that can cope with the departure of three key players, it's got to be Borussia Dortmund and coach Thomas Tuchel."
