“Naby is, I would say, a bit ahead of schedule, but that doesn’t mean anything for the final", the German coach explained, after Liverpool's warm weather training session in Marbella.
“If he is not 100 per cent fit, he cannot play. That’s how it is. It looks good, very positive and we will see if there is a chance", he added.
Keita has missed out on Liverpool's recent clashes owing to an injury which he suffered in the first round of the Chapmions League semi-final against Barcelona.
With regards to Firmino, Klopp confirmed that he has returned to training and that he has totally recovered from a muscle injury.
“Bobby looks really good [and] he is now part of training. It was not too long out, but of course we are still careful and want to make sure nothing happens.
“Today he was in around about 70 per cent of the session. Tomorrow he will probably be in completely, we will see, then hopefully it will be fine.”
Liverpool will hope the pair return to full fitness ahead of the Champions League final clash where they will face Tottenham Hotspur.
