Leicester broke their transfer record three times in the recent window which included the signing of Islam Slimani from Sporting Lisbon for a fee just short of £30m.
And now the Leicester midfielder is confident his side can succeed domestically and in Europe.
"We obviously didn't want to rest on our laurels from last season," he said.
"We've managed to tie down a few of the players who have been here a while - who contributed to the success the club has had over the years.
"But we have added quality. We have signed six players over the course of the window and only lost N'Golo (Kante).
"I am sure the club will be happy with the business they have done and assembled a squad capable of doing well in the Premier League and also the Champions League.
"It is all about having a squad where we are capable of rotating shape and players and the team still being strong. I think that is important when we are going to be playing a lot of games like we are".
