King eyeing January exit from Leicester

King has become frustrated at his lack of opportunities at Leicester City in recent months.
The midfielder failed to even make the bench for the 'Foxes' rescheduled Carabao Cup match with Southampton this week, and as such, is looking to leave the club in January.
On King's omission for the fixture, manager Claude Puel said: "We have a lot of players in the squad and I cannot give time to all of them. I'm sorry for them but I try to manage all the things with the right solution. We have a lot of midfielders."
After winning an historic Premier League title with the club in 2016, King is fond of Leicester, but is determined to secure a move away from the King Power to increase his playing time.
Among the clubs believed to be interested in the midfielder is fellow top flight side Cardiff City; who tried to lure him to Wales in the summer, and may revitalise their interest should he be allowed to depart.
King enjoyed a productive loan spell with Swansea City in the latter half of last season, but has not featured for Leicester since an FA Cup tie against Fleetwood back in January.
In spite of a lack of club football, King continues to be selected for country Wales, who he has represented three times this term.
