Kessie arrived at AC Milan at the age of 21 after leaving Atalanta and he became a nailed on starter in his first season at the club.
Milan had put his renewal as one of the first issues to sort out because his contract ends in 2022 and they aware that offers could come in for the midfielder in summer 2021.
The Italian club have done everything possible to try and improve his contractual relationship and, according to 'La Gazzetta dello Sport', the footballer is willing to sit down and negotiate.
So far this season, Kessie has now played 15 matches, 13 of them as a starter and he has scored three goals. He also has two assists.
In terms of possible signings, 'TuttoSport' reports that they are still interested in Thuavin, given that he will be a free agent in June. The player is looking to try and earn about three and a half million euros per season.
