Pickford made his international debut for England in a friendly against Germany last year, and most recently was called up for the Three Lions' 1-0 victory over Holland.
With current first-choice goalkeeper Joe Hart underperforming at West Ham this season, Pickford is looking increasingly likely to nab the number one shirt.
Keane said: ''Jordan can go all the way to the top. He has everything. He is dominant, he is aggressive...he is still young and learning, so there are things he can improve but I'm sure over the years...he'll be a world-class goalkeeper.''
The Everton defender added: ''His shot-stopping is great, he is quick off the mark to get to the floor and make his saves. His kicking and distribution are impressive, which is a massive thing in the modern game.''
Pickford transferred to Everton from Sunderland last summer, and has since played in every Premier League game this season.
His team-mate added: ''He has been brilliant for us all season and has been great in the past two England games he has played too...I am really happy for him and, hopefully, he can be the No 1 at the World Cup.''
