After Walcott opened the scoring for the 'Toffees', Marco Silva's side doubled their advantage when defender Michael Keane rised highest to nod in a Gylfi Sigurdsson cross.
The Icelandic international floated in a delicious ball from the right-hand side of the area, with Keane being the first to connect with the ball.
The Englishman headed downwards and caught out 'Cherries' goalkeeper Asmir Begovic, as the ball travelled underneath him and into the back of the net.
Keane, however, left the pitch in distress after suffering concussion. The player clashed heads with fellow 'Toffee' Idrissa Gueye, and was down on the field for six minutes before being stretchered off.
