The 24-year-old has been in sensational form in recent weeks and today picked up September's Premier League Player of the Month award thanks to a stunning spell which saw him plunder six goals in four games.
This recent purple patch is no flash in the pan for Kane though, who has scored 43 goals in just 37 games in 2017, giving him an impressive average of more than a goal per game. Please note, this includes goals scored for both club and international sides.
Only Lionel Messi, who has found the net on 49 occasions this calendar year and is also in impressive form himself, can beat Kane's return. Bayern Munich's Robert Lewandowski has also enjoyed a prolific 2017 and is tied on 43 goals with the England man.
Cristian Ronaldo on the other hand is left trailing in their wake with 42 goals after his recent inability to find the net in La Liga.
All of that could change this weekend when domestic football returns to our screens though.
