The newspaper, which cites "sources close to the Bosnian international", points out that Pjanic's agent gave Juventus an ultimatum. Either a new, improved contract or for him to be put on the market. The team from Turin would not be prepared to let him go for a small amount of money though: "The sum which Juve would accept would be around 100 million euros, which would mean a large source of income for them."
Pjanic's current contract expires in 2023 and the Italian outfit uses his contract situation to demand a large sum of money. 'Avaz' says that some foreign media have speculated that the Real Madrid coach, Zinedine Zidane, has shown interest in signing the 29 year-old.
In fact, it seems like Real Madrid's desire to get Pjanic is more than just rumours because 'El Chiringuito's' cameras caught Pjanic's agent, Fali Ramadani, before a meeting with the Real Madrid board.
