Italian newspaper 'Calciomercato' are reporting that Werner has been identified by Juventus as a strong candidate to be Mario Mandzukic's long-term replacement.

Werner scored 13 goals in the Bundesliga last season and provided seven assists, with the 22-year-old reportedly being happy in East Germany.
