So far this season, Pogba has only played six matches and given two assists because of injury. The Frenchman has been sidelined since 30th September.
Solskjaer's intention is to have him back for the Man City match on 7th December, but we will have to see how he progresses. If he makes it back for then, he will have been out for about two months.
Apart from his fitness, his future is being talked about. He has been linked with Real Madrid and Juventus and 'TalkSport' says that the Italians have tried once again to get him.
Fabio Paratici, the sporting director, has apparently been at Old Trafford recently to put in another offer and to and sort out a move in the future which satisfies both parties.
Mandzukic's time at the club is also certain. The Croat is not figuring in Maurizio Sarri's plans and he could be vital to Pogba returning to Juventus. That said, the fee will still be high, around 100 million euros.
In 2020, Pogba's departure and signing for a team is expected to be one of the highlights of the transfer window. And Real Madrid are still in the mix despite Juve's insistence.
