There are a few significant changes to the Juventus lineup compared to the previous meeting. Two of their starting eleven are no longer with the club - Dani Alves and Leonardo Bonucci have moved on to PSG and Milan, respectively.
Real Madrid could put out the same starting eleven as they did in Wales last May.
Below are the two starting lineups from the Champions League final:
Juventus: Buffon; Alves, Chiellini, Bonucci, Barzagli, Alex Sandro; Pjanic, Khedira; Mandzukic, Dybala e Higuaín.
Real Madrid: Keylor; Carvajal, Varane, Ramos, Marcelo; Casemiro, Kroos, Modric, Isco; Cristiano y Benzema.
But that is in the past, and the two sides have to do it all over again in the present.
Changes will be made, more than the enforced ones to the Juventus team caused by players leaving.
Asamoah will have a place in the defence, and Cuadrado comes into the equation in the midfield, along with Marchisio and Douglas Costa.
Costa and Cuadrado were not in the squad on the day of the final, and they will be chomping at the bit to keep their run going in the Champions League.
Real Madrid, through everything, are still trusting in the same men who won last year to put them into the semi-finals.
Here are the likely starting lineups for Tuesday night:
Juventus: Buffon; De Sciglio, Barzagli, Chiellini, Asamoah; Cuadrado, Khedira, Marchisio, Douglas Costa; Gonzalo Higuaín y Paulo Dybala.
Real Madrid: Keylor Navas; Carvajal, Varane, Ramos, Marcelo; Casemiro, Kroos, Modric; Isco; Cristiano, Benzema.
