Jovic not only brightens Eintracht's day when he himself scores, but he also changes the face of the team with his mere presence on the pitch. At least, that was the impression he gave from his performance in the 3-1 win over Hertha Berlin.
The striker on loan from Real Madrid came on in the second half, in the 61st minute, and at the time he entered the field, his side were trailing 0-1. From then on, Adi Hütter's side managed to turn the game around and put the game to bed with three goals.
André Silva, with a brace, and Hinteregger were the scorers. Luka did not provide the key pass for either of them, but he was active in his side's attacking combinations. It served to give his coach a more direct touch, more focused on crowding the opposition box.
This was Jovic's fourth appearance for Eintracht since returning on loan after missing out on a place at Real Madrid. In his previous appearances, he scored twice against Schalke 04.
