Everything seems to indicate that James Rodriguez will leave Real Madrid at the end of the season. The Colombian has hardly been played by Zidane since the Frenchman's return to the club and Atletico Madrid seem the best placed to sign him.
Despite interest from Beckham's Inter Miami, James is much closer to moving to Atletico, a club he was linked with a few months back.
In recent days, criticism aimed at the footballer has increased in Colombia and those in his homeland think he is close to joining Atletico.
"James has an 80% chance of joining Atletico Madrid," Colombian radio station 'Blu Radio' reported.
"Real Madrid must let James go and the same sources which said he would go to Bayern Munich when he did told us that the move has an 80% chance of happening," the radio station insisted. James will be free to negotiate with any club he wants if he does not leave or renew his contract by January.
"James has a lot of options on the table, we have been told that both for sporting and personal reasons, it's important for him not to have to move house," the radio station concluded.
