'La Gazzetta dello Sport' reports that Inter have agreed a loan deal for former Chelsea man Ramires. The 30-year-old left the 'Blues' back in 2016 to seal a move to CSL side Jiangsu Suning but is thought to be very interested in a return to Europe.
Inter are in no rush to complete the deal, as they can only register one more non-European player and are keen to assess all their options, but with Atletico Madrid and Lille playing hardball over Thomas Partey and Yves Bissouma respectively, they are likely to have to settle for the Brazilian.
The deal has been a straightforward one to arrange, given that Chinese consortium Suning Holdings Group, which owns Inter, is a sister company of Suning Appliance Group which owns Jiangsu.
The Brazilian midfielder has made 32 appearances for Jiangsu since joining last year, scoring 11 times in the process.
Ramires is considered a legend by Chelsea fans after his sublime lob in the 2012 Champions League semi-final against Barcelona sent the 'Blues' through on away goals.
