Midfielder Toni Kroos is a loyal fan of German football. He promises to follow everything that happens this weekend.
In an interview with the DPA agency, he spoke about his feelings now that the Bundesliga is back. "Here you get the impression that if the Germans don't manage to finish the season, no one else will," he said.
"If they don't manage to finish the Bundesliga, who will," Toni Kroos asked himself aloud. The Madrid player believes that all the lovers of sport and the big leagues will be watching what happens in Germany. "I'm sure they will be watching what happens there," he said.
Germany is, for Kroos, one of the countries that has handled the situation the best. "It is impressive. They are the ones that have handled it best in terms of the numbers of infected and dead," he said.
Finally, he spoke about the return to training of Real Madrid in LaLiga. "We trained at home for a long time. It was a long vacation and now we have to start from scratch. Here we are a little bit behind than in Germany. We train first in small groups, then they will become big and the last thing will be the sessions with the whole team", he concluded.
