The fall out between the teams involved in the Super League and the rest of the European clubs led by ECA and UEFA remains. But, for the first time, the clubs belonging to the latter group have looked to make peace with those in the former.
ECA and PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi, president of the ECA and PSG, has given a conciliatory message. That said, before that, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Juventus have to apologise.
"We've welcomed them to our family again and we have to have faith in them when they've returned," Al-Khelaifi said about the other nine clubs which created the Super League after they pulled out of it.
Al-Khelaifi added that for them "it forms part of the past" and that they are now working with the nine "to construct the future of football".
So, the PSG president sent a message to Barca, Juventus and Real Madrid, the three clubs who still persist with the Super League: "If any of these teams want to apologise and say they're sorry for what they did," they're welcome," he concluded.
