Last Sunday was full of quality matches in the whole of Europe. Those included Barca versus Real Madrid, Man Utd against Liverpool, Marseille against PSG, Ajax facing PSV and Inter against Juventus. The only current footballer to have played in all of those is Zlatan Ibrahimovic. He has been decisive so many times, he has plenty in four of the top five leagues, played in nine clubs (almost all elite clubs) and he has loved scoring goals.
The last one was against Mourinho's Roma and it was his 150th goal in Serie A. It is the league where he has played the most throughout his career (261 appearances). Italy is the only country where Ibrahimovic has played for more than one team and AC Milan is the only club he has had more than one spell at. The Swedish striker has won the Serie A with Juventus, Inter and AC Milan. The two he won with Juventus were later stripped after a match fixing scandal while he won the league three times at Inter and once for Milan.
That is part of the reason he has returned to Milan. To try and make AC Milan a great club again. This season, the Rossoneri have returned to the Champions League after seven years away and they are joint top of the Serie A with Napoli.
BeSoccer Pro breaks down the goals scored by Ibra in Serie A. With more than 500 goals for clubs, 150 have been in the Italian league. 23 for Juventus in 70 games (0.33), 57 in 88 appearances for Inter (0.65) and 70 in 103 (0.68) at AC Milan if you include both spells.
There are only two current footballers who have scored more goals than Zlatan in Serie A: Fabio Quagliarella (178) and Ciro Immobile (161). Luca Toni, now retired, is on 157 goals.
At the age of 40, Ibrahimovic has reached 150 Serie A goals in the 118 games he has scored in. He was only on the bench on five occasions and the latest of those was against Lazio on matchday three this season. The Swedish giant has scored 28 braces, half of those for AC Milan, 13 for Inter and only one for Juve. He did get a hat-trick for Juventus and one for AC Milan. In total, 28 were penalties (18 for AC).
Ibrahimovic has scored against 31 teams in Serie A and Roma is his favourite opponent. He has netted 11 times against them, one more than against Parma and Palermo. He has scored nine times against Fiorentina and eight versus each of Inter, Cagliari and Lazio. Lecce, Bologna and Sampdoria complete the top 10.
