"I've talked a lot with Bale about what Tottenham is like"

Tottenham announced on Saturday the signing of Sergio Reguilón and then Gareth Bale. The two arrived hand in hand in London from Real Madrid and the left-back confessed in his first words that the Welshman was key in making his decision.
"I've talked a lot with Bale about what the club, the city, and the new stadium are like. I've only been able to see it in pictures, it's crazy," said a Reguilón who was "very eager to start working" with his "new teammates".
He also pointed out Jose Mourinho: "I really like the philosophy of the club and the coach it has. These are some of the reasons why I came, also the desire to grow as a player and the team project".
"Tottenham have world-class players and a world-class coach. The training ground is crazy. I really didn't expect it to be so big, so beautiful and so well looked after. I can't wait to enjoy the training camps with all my teammates", he added.
He also showed his desire for the action to begin: "I really want to step onto the pitch and be able to play there, and above all for the fans to come and see us, to encourage us, and give us a boost, which is what we need to achieve great things this year".
"With the team that we have, we have to aim as high as possible and try to win titles", said Sergio Reguilón arriving with ambition at Tottenham.
