Atletico Madrid striker Angel Correa admitted this Saturday, after the victory over Girona (2-1), that his rival made the Spaniards "suffer until the end", explained that he is "always" "ready" for when he gets the opportunity to play in the starting eleven.
The striker pointed out that his team always "work" to fight "at the top" in La Liga. They made us suffer until the end. We have also done some very good things and we know that we have a lot of things to correct.
"We have a few days and a very important game on Wednesday (against Brugge in the Champions League)," he told 'Movistar'.
"It was a nice play and a great cross from Griezmann. I was able to get in there, at the back post and it ended in a goal, so I'm very happy. Without a doubt, you always have to be prepared to do your best when it's your turn to play and that's how it was for me, so I'm happy," continued the striker.
