Despite guiding the 'Blues' to the Premier League title last season, things haven't gone quite as planned this campaign for the Italian head coach as his position comes under increasing scrutiny.
However, ahead of the London club's Champions League clash with Barcelona on Tuesday, Hazard has backed Conte as the man to steer Chelsea to further success and insists every player is under this impression.
The Belgium international told reporters: "We win together, we lose together. I don't sense that there's any player who's not with the coach".
"Everyone is behind him. All we want is to climb the [Premier League] table - and give everything against Barcelona. We will see what happens after".
The 27-year-old has also addressed persistent rumours about his future at Chelsea, again insisting that he is "happy" in London, as he looks to deliver on the big stage against their Catalan opposition on Tuesday.
