"I brought my homework with me because I'm finishing high school"

Lamine Yamal has the chance to become the youngest debutant in the history of the European Championship. While he is concentrating in Germany with the Spanish national team, his educational obligations pursue him in spite of the European tournament.

The ‘La Roja’ gem spoke to ‘AS’, where he made the big confession that sparked laughter among those present: "I've brought my homework with me because I'm finishing high school. I have online classes and I'm doing well, I hope the teacher doesn't fail me."

'We're here to make history'

"Just now, I was watching the Euros lying on the sofa with my mother. We're not here for a stroll, but to make history. I hope to go far in the European Championship, so I will watch the Olympics on TV," he said of his great dream.

Lamine Yamal is the Spanish sensation who never forgets his origins in Mataro.
