First-half goals from Alegandro Gallar Falguera and Jorge Pulido were enough to give the Aragon side a 2-0 victory against Lugo.
Their promotion to the top tier means they are just the second side from the Aragon region to make an appearance on Spain's big stage, following Real Zaragoza.
The club's Estadio El Alcoraz holds just 5,500 people and they were only promoted from the third division in 2014-15, marking their incredible rise to the top.
Now, Huesca will rub shoulders with some of Europe's biggest clubs, including Real Madrid and Barcelona.
