England were unlucky not to be playing against a ten-men Colombia side, after Henderson was headbutted by Wilmar Barrios.
As England lined up for a free-kick on the edge of the Colombian box, it became apparent that tempers were at boiling point.
After some barging about in the wall, Barrios nudged Henderson in the chest, before moving his head upwards into the Liverpool man's chin.
Henderson went down, and Colombian players surrounded the referee while he made his decision.
The referee consults VAR and decided to only book Barrios.
Surely the headbutt should have warranted a red card?
According to Mark Clattenburg, that's exactly what it deserved.
