Head coach Gareth Southgate reportedly went with a formation in training on Thursday that focused on Henderson being the holding midfielder instead of Eric Dier.
Young was also preferred ahead of Dany Rose at left-back while Maguire beat out Gary Cahill for a spot at centre-back.
The 'Three Lions' are set to play Tunisia on Monday and will allegedly line up in a 3-3-2-2 system with Raheem Sterling and Harry Kane spearheading the attack.
Dele Alli and Jesse Lingard will be the two attacking midfielders with Kieran Trippier expected to be the other full-back alongside Young.
At the back, Maguire will be joined by Manchester City duo Kyle Walker and John Stones.
If Southgate does go with this starting XI, it means nine will be making their World Cup debut which underlines the international inexperience in the side.
