"He does that once or twice a week" - Courtois on Valverde late stunner

Real Madrid came close to receiving a fatal blow in their La Liga title race with Barcelona. The ‘Merengues’ were on the verge of being held to a draw against Athletic Bilbao but for a 93rd minute thunderbolt from Fede Valverde to give the home side the win.
The Uruguayan midfielder is used to scoring long-range goals that are often difficult for goalkeepers to stop due to his great shooting ability, something that Thibaut Courtois praised at the end of the game against the Basque team.
"We didn't want to score until Valverde netted another great goal, as he knows how to," he joked. "He has such a good shot... in training yesterday he shot a ball that looked like it was going out and then it picked up a curl like that and you go 'how do you shoot like that?'. In training he does that once or twice a week."
The 26-year-old midfielder sometimes deployed as a right back has already scored 9 goals this season and provided 8 assists in 52 official appearances so far.
