RB Leipzig defender Josko Gvardiol has become one of the most outstanding players of the Qatar 2022 World Cup. As a result, several teams are targeting him. However, it will not be easy to get him out of the German club, as he does not have a buyout clause.
Meanwhile, Bayern Munich sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic ruled out Gvardiol as a possible signing. They are not interested in him.
"We're well-equipped at centre-back with De Ligt, Upamecano and Lucas Hernandez. They are three top-level players. We don't need him," he said on 'Sky Deutschland'.
Salihamidzic added that they must focus on the Bavarian club's young talents: "We also have Stanisic who needs to play more games. Therefore, no signing of another centre-back is planned."
