Pizarro is clear that, at 41, if there was one coach who scored on him, it was Guardiola. "Pep extended my horizon in football. He has a very different vision from other coaches," the Werder Bremen player told the local newspaper 'Weser Kurier'.
The Peruvian was under Guardiola's command during his time at Bayern. "He's the best I've ever had," sums up Pizarro.
"His thoughts are always ahead of those of his rivals," says Pizarro of the current Manchester City coach. "I think that, in all its dimensions, there is no better coach than Pep Guardiola," he adds.
