Guardiola has concerns over Laporte and Fernandinho

Man City have the Premier League within touching distance. The Sky Blues, leaders with 89 points, have a three point advantage over Liverpool with just two games left until the end of the season. 

Guardiola's men beat Wolves in their last game and City could be without two players for Sunday's game with West Ham. They are Laporte and Fernandinho, who are right now doubts for that match. 

The Frenchman had to be replaced by Ake in the 61st minute while the Brazilian was replaced in the 77th minute. Rodri had to drop back and played as a defender for the rest of the match. 

Guardiola is waiting to see whether both will be fit for the match with the Hammers. If that is not the case, Pep will have to juggle around his squad because Walker, Stones and Ruben Dias are not available.
