Within 24 hours to go until the PSG-Madrid match on the first day of the group stage, some graffiti appeared against the Brazilian star. "Neymar, out," can be read on the road, as Alvaro Montero, from 'Cuatro', published in a video.
The protests against Neymar continue in the surrounding areas, who received boos and all sorts of insults in the last home game. The fans went against Neymar in the game against Strasbourg.
And it is clear to see that the differences between Neymar and the fans has not gone away, not at all. Tired of being the centre of attention from the fans, the Brazilian star tried to quieten this part of the fan base.
"It's sad. But now I know that everytime I play at home, it will be as if I am playing away. The fans should encourage you during the 90 minutes. This is the most important thing for the players", the star commented after the last game.
Neymar will not be able to play against Madrid for the penalty he got for his criticism of UEFA, although the penalty has been reduced to two games without being able to compete in the Champions League.
