The home side will contest this clash without Djene Dakonam after he was sent off against Sevilla, meaning that Damian Suarez returns to right back.

A slight concern for Zidane is the ongoing absence of Sergio Ramos who is still suffering with a hamstring injury. He could return to the Real Madrid squad this week but is unlikely to feature. Jesus Vallejo could be in line to take his place, having impressed in recent weeks.

Zidane may well name the same starting line-up that faced Athletic Bilbao, while Thibaut Courtois and Mariano Diaz have returned to training so may well be given the nod.

"We know that anything can happen in football, it's going to be a difficult match but with the support of our fans we are convinced that we can make a great match.

"It's normal that the media already talk about Real's possible signings for next year, but I'm sure they have prepared tomorrow's match with great interest.

"It's always important to play well at home. That Getafe are where we are with five games to go is incredible. It is true that Getafe lived incredible moments but that is part of the story. Tomorrow anything can happen.

"What worries me the most is my team, that we don't interpret the game well and that we're not at our best level".

"It's going to be another tough game but what I want from my team is to bring the intensity that we need, high intensity, against an opponent at home who are doing really well. And that's it.

"We improved that last game. We ended the game very physically strongly and we are prepared to do that again.

"Courtois is ready, he has trained with us, so he is available for the coach and the team.
