Fragile Arsenal fail to win again, as Frankfurt come alive!

The Gunners went into this game top of Group F aned really needed a draw against the German side to qualify for the knockout stages. The game also saw Granit Xhaka make his return and he would have been hoping to redeem himself.
The first half was rather simple and plain, especially for Eintracht Frankfurt who created no real chances or had no real stand-out pieces of play. They were very poor and needed to improve for the second half.
Arsenal, on the other hand, created a few chances as they looked to put pressure on Eintracht. Willock put the ball in the box for one of the chances, but Ronnow saved Saka's shot, only for Chambers to have a shot from long distance, but it was another good save from the keeper to deny them the goal. David Luiz also had to go off early due to injury after thinking he could play on, Guendouzi was his replacement.
Late half action saw Arsenal go into the break in the lead. Martinelli was on the right hand side in the box and drove the ball into Aubameyang on the other side, who powerfully kicked the ball past the keeper and into the back of the net! This was great play for Arsenal and was Aubameyang's tenth goal of the season.
However, Eintracht Frankfurt came out fighting in the second half and looked a completely different side to what they did in the first. After getting a bit of momentum, they managed to find the equaliser from Kamada, who curled the ball from the edge of the box and struck it sweetly into the back of the net. It was all to play for at this point.
And less than ten minutes later (62nd minute) Kamada doubled their lead. After Kostic's shot was saved by the keeper and went out for a corner, Kamada recieved the corner ball, as he was on his own, unmarked in the box and just slotted the ball into the back of the net. Arsenal weren't convincing after this point and Frankfurt turned the game around.
After this Arsenal really struggled to come alive and looked fragile and vulnerable. They really could not get back into it and lacked the quality that they needed to finish the game off.
The full time whistle blew and Arsenal suffer their first home defeat of the season and have now gone 7 games without a win, as they lose 1-2 to Eintracht Frankfurt, who came alive in the second half. Boos rung around the Emirates and there will be even more of a worry now for Emery and his job. Arsenal can still qualify and are still top of their group, but this result is not what they wanted at all. Arsenal 1-2 Eintracht Frankfurt
