Ramos has been the centre of attention recently, after a series of incidents during the Champions League final. The defender was criticised for a challenge on Mo Salah, which saw the Egyptian have to leave the pitch, as well as being blamed for giving Loris Karius concussion, with some saying that this was to blame for the goalkeeper's poor play during the game.
The Spaniard hit back at these criticisms recently, joking that the only thing he was missing was "Firmino saying that he got a cold because of a drop of my sweat".
Firmino himself has now had his own say, calling Ramos an "idiot".
"I prefer not to make any comments," he said, when asked about the Real Madrid man's statements. "I think he has a view because he was the champion but I thought he was an idiot for what he said, but that's okay."
The Liverpool forward also revealed that he had been doing his bit to try and convince Roma goalkeeper Alisson, who has been heavily linked with the Reds, to come to Merseyside.
"Sometimes I talk to him about it and have a joke with him," he stated. "Saying 'you should come to Liverpool'."
"His agent is sorting his future but it wouldn't be a bad thing to have him here at Liverpool."
He touched on another Brazilian, discussing the arrival of Fred to Manchester United.
"He's is in the next room to me," Firmino explained. "He is my next rival but I congratulated him and I hope he has a lot of success playing at Manchester United."
"Now on the pitch it's a derby, we won't be able to avoid playing against each other but I wish him great success."
