Like so many footballers, Cesc Fabregas was one of those watching Bundesliga football behind closed doors. For the Monaco midfielder, it was like "watching a training session."

The Spanish midfielder for Monaco, Cesc Fabregas, admitted that Bundesliga games behind closed doors on television felt like "watching training."

"You can hear all the players and coaches shouting. Now we will value the power of the fans even more. Captains choosing pitch sides with 3 meters distance when straight away they have to fight for every ball against each other face to face," the former Arsenal and Chelsea man wrote on social media.

He said he was glad football is back. "We all needed it but it will take ages to get used to this new world of football," the Monaco player admitted.

The Bundesliga resumed on Saturday with six matches after the coronavirus break. However, the games have to be played behind closed doors
