Eremenko tested positive for the drug after CSKA's 2-2 Champions League draw against Bayer Leverkusen, a game in which he scored.
He will therefore be banned until 6 October 2018.
A Uefa statement said: "The analysis of the A sample revealed the presence of cocaine and its metabolites".
The Finland international played 12 games for his club this season, scoring four goals.
