England:
Southgate has bemoaned the British media for leaking pictures of his supposed starting line-up, which showed Ruben Loftus-Cheek replacing the injured Dele Alli and Raheem Sterling and Marcus Rashford in close competition for a starting place.
Whether the coach tweaks some of his plans, following the leak, remains to be seen but supports can expect a more physical performance from the 'Three Lions' as they look to book their place in the Round of 16.
Panama:
Gomez has already confirmed that he will field the same starting line-up that lost 3-0 to Belgium in their group opener.
It means the Panamanians will play a similarly physical approach and will look to disrupt a fast-paced and fluid England attack.
England coach Gareth Southgate on the group:
"The situation in the group is a healthy one for us, but we've got to focus on our performance.
"We want to improve and show people that an England team can play in a different way".
Panama coach Hernan Dario Gomez on his opposition:
"Tomorrow is going to be a very difficult match," he said. "It's going to be our hardest match by far."
"If we play in an organised way and play the way we can, we can give them a hard time."
On his own team, he added: "The line-up will be exactly the same. We have a certain stability and an organised team".
