Two minutes of added time. Can England sneak a fifth?
Callum Hudson-Odoi hits the deck with some force but should be OK to carry on.
Czech Republic haven't given up yet and they are still challenging but England are dominant in front of their home crowd.
GOOOOOOOAAAAAL ENGLAND!!! Oh dear... Kalas makes it five for England. Yes, you read correctly. The Czech defender has turned the rebound from Hudson-Odoi's shot into the back of his own net...
Substitution Czech Republic - Schick comes off for Skoda.
Soucek and Schick starting to cause Walker a few issues but Wembley aren't phased and the atmosphere is electric!
CHANCE CZECH REPUBLIC! Schick comes millimetres away from a Czech Republic as his brilliant effort has Pickford at full stretch!

GOOOOOOAAAAAALLLLL ENGLAND! Raheem Sterling again! The number 11 has a hat-trick as he extends England's lead to 4-0! It took a huge deflection but a goal's a goal and we've still got 20 minutes to go!
Substitution England - Dele Alli comes off for Declan Rice who makes his international debut for England!
GOOOOOOOAAAAAAAALLL ENGLAND!!! Sterling with his second and England's third! Novak couldn't clear the danger well enough and who should be there, that man Sterling! England have three!

Schick goes into the referee's book for the first yellow card of this game.
ANOTHER CHANCE FOR THE CZECHS! The visitors have a corner, Kane fails to clear and Soucek is there to try and smash it home but it's straight down Jordan Pickford's throat who had it covered all day.
BIG CHANCE CZECH REPUBLIC! Soucek very nearly scrapes one back for his side as his header shys just wide of the post. Pickford was at full stretch and I'm not sure if he would have had that one covered...
A slow start to this second-half... it doesn't look like England have carried their first-half momentum through at the moment.
Aaaand we're back for the second-half! The Czechs make one change as Jankto comes off for Matej Vydra, the Burnley man. England don't seem to have made any changes at the break.
HT: England 2-0 Czech Republic! And that's it for first-half action in which England completely dominated their opposition, claiming two goals in the process! The Czechs are starting to look a bit nervy now as England continue to apply pressure.

Having said that, they break through the middle and Darida finds himself with the ball. His shot from distance does nothing to challenge Pickford's goal however and England are back in possession.
Czech Republic are doing well to keep England out of the 18-yard box but haven't been able to get out of their own half and build any chances of their own so far.
England enjoying the majority of possession so far and are starting to utilise their wide options to build an attack. Chilwell this time with a cross in from the left but Czech Republic defence is all over it.
Dier looks to be in some discomfort and his night comes to an end. Ross Barkley comes on in his place.

Both teams line up in the tunnel ahead of making their way onto the pitch in front of the Wembley crowd!
Gareth Southgate still has a strong enough squad to claim the three points this evening but will be wary of a potential shock home defeat after Czech Republic finished second in their Nations League group behind Ukraine.
Marcus Rashford was sent back up to Manchester United ahead of this match to receive treatment for an injury which has ruled him out of tonight's clash as well as Monday's against Montenegro. Other injuries to the English squad include Trent Alexander-Arnold, John Stones, Fabian Delph, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Luke Shaw.
England will have to keep their heads this evening as they face some tough opposition which includes Tomas Soucek who was man of the match in the clash between Prague and Sevilla which saw the Spanish team exit the Europa League!
