Endrick to spend another 2 months on sidelines after injury relapse

The 2025-26 season has not started well for Endrick. After missing the Club World Cup due to a hamstring injury in his right thigh on 18th May, the Brazilian striker has relapsed while finalising his recovery.

First 'The Athletic' and then 'Marca' confirmed the injury of the striker, who will be out of action for at least two more months in his most complicated moment since his arrival at Real Madrid. Specifically, between eight and ten weeks.

Endrick's injury, coupled with Mbappe's gastroenteritis, opened the doors to the first team for Gonzalo, who knocked them down by proclaiming himself the best scorer at the Club World Cup.
