Unai Emery is calm. Despite the difficult situation that Arsenal find themselves in, the Spanish coach doesn't fear for his job, stating that the Englosh club fully support him.
The 'Gunners' are eighth in the Premier League table, very far from the European posts, with only 18 points under their belts after 14 games played.
Situated one point from the Europa League and eight from the Champions League, Emery will have to start winning if he wants to play in the European competitions next year.
Meanwhile, he states that he feels calm, as shown by what he has commented in some declarations with 'Sky Sports': "The club are supporting me. I feel that the club are responsible in this area. I really appreciate this a lot. I feel strong with this support and I know that my responsibility is to change the situation."
"We need to get our confidence back, I need to achieve a good balance, and we must be more compact. We have very good players, but now, sometimes they play the games without confidence," the coach suggested.
