  • PRVW
Tavernier is the first back off the pitch. He has the weight of history on his shoulders tonight. The tournament's leading scorer with seven goals, the captain could become only the second man after John Greig – who is here watching tonight – to lift a European trophy for Rangers.
  • PRVW
It’s the turn of the Frankfurt fans to welcome their team on to the pitch.
  • PRVW
Van Bronckhorst goes with the same XI that got the job done against Leipzig in the semi-final. The surprise that night at Ibrox was starting with a back three and we won't know for sure till kick-off whether Lundstram starts at centre-back or in central midfield. As expected the fit again Roofe has to be content with a place on the bench, meaning that Aribo starts in attack.
  • PRVW
The teams are in and Frankfurt make two changes from the side which started the semi-final second leg against West Ham. Toure replaces Hinteregger – as he did in the eighth minute of that second leg – and Lindstrom returns in place of Hauge, who drops to the bench.

Frankfurt and their fans love a good choreo and it looks like they've got something planned for tonight. White flags and branded caps are at the ready, along with a message to "represent Eintracht Frankfurt in the best possible way".
  • PRVW
Fans of both teams have been taking advantage of the good weather in Seville all day and have been making the streets of the Andalusian capital very atmospheric.
  • PRVW
It's 34 degrees and sunny in Seville for this one. All set at the incredible Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan stadium to get the ball rolling and enjoy the Europa League final. This stadium was built in 1955, it was inaugurated on 7th September 1958 and currently has a capacity of 43,883 fans. The pitch measures 105 metres by 68 metres.
  • PRVW
After a slow start in the group stage Rangers' campaign really took off in the knockout stages when they announced their arrival with that statement victory over Bundesliga giants Dortmund. Subsequent wins against Crvena zvezda and Braga left them in sight of next month's final and their second-leg comeback at a bouncing Ibrox in the last four sealed a first European final for 14 years.
  • PRVW
With three wins and three draws, Frankfurt came through the group stage unbeaten, but Fenerbahce, Olympiacos and Antwerp all gave them tough games, and they then needed extra time to see off Real Betis in the round of 16. The quarter-final success against Barca, especially the 3-2 return-leg win at the Camp Nou, will live long in the memory. The fact they triumphed at West Ham in the first leg of the semi-finals showed their exploits in Spain were no fluke before they finished the job at home.
  • PRVW
The UEFA Europa League Trophy is the heaviest of all UEFA silverware. Tipping the scales at 15kg, it is 65cm high, 33cm wide and 23cm deep.
  • PRVW
Giovanni van Bronckhorst, Rangers manager: "This is a club I played for for three years in the 90s and I'm proud to take the boys into the final. It's a huge opportunity to get a second major prize in Europe. We've had an amazing run and it will be an amazing final. But the final is only nice when you win."
  • PRVW
Oliver Glasner, Frankfurt coach: "I'm so proud of the players and what they've produced in the last two months. Both teams fully deserve to be in the final. With Rangers, I see a mix of West Ham and Barcelona. The Dutch influence of the head coach in their build-up play, but the British mentality. We need a top performance."
