Manchester United will host Hull City at Old Trafford in the first leg of the EFL Cup semi-final, while Liverpool will travel to Southampton before welcoming the Saints to Merseyside.
Manchester United beat West Ham 4-1 at Old Trafford in Wednesday's quarter-final thanks to braces from Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Anthony Martial. Hull progressed to the semi-finals after some penalty shootout heroics from goalkeeper Eldin Jakupovic against Newcastle, with the match finishing 1-1 after extra-time.
Liverpool beat Leeds 2-0 to progress to the final four of the competition, which included a goal from 17-year-old Ben Woodburn who became the club's youngest ever goalscorer. Meanwhile, Southampton pulled off an impressive 2-0 win against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium, albeit against a weakened team.
Semi-final fixtures are due to be played on the weeks commencing 9 January and 23 January.
