The match was due to take place on Saturday between the two sides, that are in the fourth tier of Scottish football.
However, on the day of the scheduled match the home side had to announce that the match would have to be postponed.
"It's an issue with the top-left corner of the pitch. It has been starved of water with no rain in nine weeks." club Chairman Graham Tatters told the 'BBC'.
"There's no real growth. The grass there is going brown and there's a bit of gravel left from sand that had been put down.
"I can do many things, but I can't make it rain."
